| Who are We! We are a family operated child care facility that believes children learn through structured play. We have been in business since March 2005, and we continue to grow and improve. Our center is operated through Hillsborough County Child Care Licensing Rules and Regulations. Our family of teachers are certified through the state of Florida. We offer nutritional meals offered from the State Food Program and monitored by the USDA. Our center is inspected throughout the year, by the Health Department, Local Child Care Licensing and the Hillsborough County Fire Department. Our Curriculum! The curriculum that guides us is Doors to Discovery. We believe that children are individuals, so the curriculum is structured to allow children to learn at their own pace. Teachers can manipulate the curriculum by adding and taking away things that work in their classrooms and for each child. Each day a routine is followed in every classroom, because we believe that repetition is a must with children. We begin our day with circle time. Circle time is a great large group activity, which includes meet and greet, reading, and singing. Followed by project time, and personal one and one time with th teacher. All of them have completed their 40 clock hours training, with CPR/First Aide and annual in-service training. Some also have their , Associate degrees, CDA’s and Director’s credential. Each teacher goes through a screening process that includes Local and Federal Law check.
